**THE ROLE**:
As Clarins Boutique Manager, you act as our Brand Ambassador in promoting the brand’s skincare products to our customers

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Promote our brand’s skincare products over the counter
- Perform skincare consultation and product demonstration over the counter to customers
- Be part of the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high level of service excellence in retail touchpoints
- Analysis and provide feedback on opportunities to drive the business
- Build relationship with customers and deliver excellent customer service
- Uphold and enhance customer experience through excellent merchandising standards and presentation
- Actively provide ideas to drive instore engagement, cross-brand collaboration and retail-tainment to attract and engage customers.
- Excellent Leadership and management
- Effective communication with team members to create a positive team morale
- Take ownership of store management
- Ensure accuracy of stock level and transactions
- Uphold and enhance customer experience through excellent merchandising standards and presentation.

**YOU HAVE**:

- Possess at least GCE N/O Level qualification
- Minimum 2 years of management experience, preferably in the beauty & spa industry
- Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills, independent, driven & possess initiative
- Able to build trust and respect to influence team members to deliver business outcomes
- Willing to work retail hours (shift work, weekends and public holidays)
- Passionate about the beauty and service industry
