We are seeking a dedicated individual to support the establishment of overseas affiliate churches, with a primary focus on the Philippines. The role requires frequent travel for mission work and involves both pastoral and administrative responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the setup and development of affiliate churches overseas, particularly in the Philippines.
- Travel regularly to support mission activities and church operations.
- Serve as an interpreter, facilitating clear communication between the mission team and local churches by interpreting between Tagalog and English.
- Provide pastoral care to Filipino cell groups both in Singapore and at overseas affiliate churches.
- Offer operational and administrative support, including coordination of accommodation for foreign students enrolled in Bible school.
- Support the delivery of blended learning programs for bible school students through administrative, operational, and logístical assistance.

**Requirements**:

- Serving as an interpreter between the mission team and local churches by interpreting between Tagalog and English. Proficiency in both Tagalog and English is essential.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently for mission work.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Experience in pastoral care.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Zoom.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple responsibilities, especially in a ministry and/or educational setting.
