- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
- Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer's requirement determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assign

Job Requirements:

- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Able to communicate and written well in both Chinese and English as our majority client from China.
