**Job Description**:

- Handle Account Receivables, Account Payable, Sales & Receipts and Reconcile Bank Statements
- Import data to accounting software
- Any other duties that are assignedThe intern will be responsible in the following:

- Assist to review the accounting entries posted by AR, AP and GL.
- Assist to review balance sheet schedules.
- Assist to review the bank reconciliation and ensure that the receipts and payments are promptly recorded.
- Assist in the yearly external audit, including preparation of financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports.
- Assist in the gather of information related to the preparation of income tax computation.
- Contribute to the design and enhancement of the current processes and workflows.
- Assist to review the completeness of the recoveries and ensure that all are recovered promptly.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects when required.

Learning Outcomes:

- Familiar yourself with the SAP accounting software.
- Improve analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understand the regulatory and ethical aspects of accounting.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Able to analyse financial data and identify the discrepancies.
- Able to multi-task, meticulous and a good team player.
- Self-driven and able to work under pressure.
