**Legal Expert AI Data Trainer - Fully Remote**

**The Project**

As a Legal Expert AI Data Trainer, you will create and evaluate datasets based on typical legal tasks—such as reviewing contracts, analyzing case law, conducting legal research, performing due diligence, and assessing legal compliance. Your role ensures AI models deliver accurate, ethical, and reliable legal reasoning.

Day in and day out, you will:
**Train the AI**

You'll spend the bulk of your time generating voice samples and conversations around various ranges of topics.

**Evaluate the AI**

Our partner's mission is to develop AI models that are safe, accurate, and beneficial to humanity. You will may evaluate the AI according to those criteria and our training methods. For example, you will be discerning the accuracy of the facts that the AI is outputting, but also the accuracy with which they _interpret them._

**Experience Required**:
3+ years of legal experience at reputable law firms or legal departments
Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and interpreting legal documents, contracts, litigation procedures, regulatory compliance, or transactional law

**Preferred**:
Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, Paralegal, Lawyer or equivalent legal certification
Experience training or supervising junior legal staff or paralegals
