**Responsibilities**:

- To establish systems/guidance in developing, sustenance and improvement of equipment capability indices to exceed/meet operations goals
- Take ownership of equipment availability, qality of product and stability index for wafer dicing, wafer mounting and wafer edge trimming equipment
- Conduct continuous improvement programs to optimize cost of maintenance and implement improvement projects to upkeep process capabilities and reliabilities
- Lead the equipment sustaining team to drive and troubleshoot out-of-control situations and put corrective actions in place.
- Work closely with process, integration and manufacturing engineers to meet modules objectives
- Establish work procedures, corrective and preventions action items
- Manage/drive vendors performance to meet/exceed equipment KPI and goals
- Establish and maintain a good audit system for ISO requirements, internal and QA audit on equipment documentation
- Support on new equipment setup,conversion, create FMEA and procedure.
- Prepare RFQ for new equipment and work closely with equipment team to qualify new machine buy off.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree of Engineering
- Minimum 5 years in semiconductor manufacturing for Singulation process.
- Working in different dicing plaform such as Disco and Accretech.
- Excel, Power Point, Minitab/JMP
