Role Purpose

The Retail Associateis essential to providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers and their pets. This role involves assisting customers in selecting products, maintaining store appearance, and fostering a welcoming environment. By showcasing knowledge of pet care amd products, the Retail Associate helps to ensure that pets and their owners find everything they need for a happy, healthy life together.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
- Provide guidance on pet products, including food, toys, and accessories
- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment
- Restock shelves and manage inventory to ensure product availability
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Educate customers on pet care and responsibile ownership practices
- Posses a strong sense of team work to achieve sales goals and enhance customer service

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail experience preferred, especially in pet care or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A geniune LOVE for animals and a commitment to their well-being
