Job Description
- Responsible for day-to-day admin and account work
- Perform basic bookkeeping duties
- Maintain the accounting records of accounts, Receivable, Accounts Payable and Cash book
- Process receipts from customers, invoices from vendors and payments to vendors
- Manage payroll of workers (including CPF submission)
- Handle daily incoming calls and mails
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company
- Perfect for individuals who enjoy working in small teams/alone
- Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
- Respectful of confidential/sensitive informationLocation: Pasir PanjangWorking hours: Mon - Sat 10AM - 7PM (5 days)Salary: S$1800 - $3000PermanentRequirements: - 2 years related accounting/administrative experience preferred
