ABARA is an independent luxury fashion label based in Singapore. We specialise in ready-to-wear and exclusively bespoke luxury leather handbags and small leather goods for both men and women.
- Plan and manage sales forecast to achieve sales targets
- Offer exceptional and professional customer service and consistently strengthen and build strong customer relationships
- Develop and maintain good product knowledge
- Replenish stock and be able to hold high standards of product presentation
- Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness, ensuring that store appearance respects the visual merchandising standards
- Identify customers’ needs and implement new strategies to create brand awareness and improve customer experience
- Assist the team in store operation matters
Other responsibilities on an ad hoc basis depending on the projects developed by the team.

Job Requirements
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Prior experience in the luxury retail industry is a bonus
- Product and Fashion sensitivity with good knowledge of fashion trend
- Familiar with digital technologies (Microsoft Office & Social Media)
- Forward-thinking and pro-active
- Responsible, independent and flexible
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
