Senior Sales Coordinator

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Work with the sales team to ensure overshooting of targets before the deadlines.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports, such as Quotation, Delivery Orders and Invoices
- Ensure collection details are updated by every team for review by higher management.
- Collect and compile data to present to the senior management as required.
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
**Requirement**
- Minimum Diploma level and above
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience in XERO is an advantage
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with a high level of dedication
- Pleasant personality, energetic, multitasking and independent
- Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills to achieve customer satisfaction and quality of services
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- 5 days per week, Mon to Fri, 8 am -5 pm, Lunch Provided
