**Job Title: Interior Decor Specialist
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, functional requirements, and budget constraints.
- Develop and present design concepts that encompass furniture, color schemes, lighting, textures, and spatial arrangements.
- Provide expert advice on materials, finishes, and design elements to enhance the overall aesthetic of interiors.
- Create detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings, to effectively communicate your design vision.
- Source and recommend appropriate furniture, fixtures, decor, and accessories to bring the design concept to life.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and installation of design elements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging materials, and innovative design techniques to deliver cutting-edge interior solutions.
- Execute projects within established budgets and timelines, while maintaining a high standard of quality and craftsmanship.
- Offer design guidance for both residential and commercial spaces, adapting your approach to suit the unique needs of each project.
- Conduct site visits to assess the progress of ongoing projects and provide necessary design modifications or approvals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Interior Decor Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools.
- In-depth understanding of design principles, color theory, spatial arrangements, and furniture styles.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to interior design.
- A creative and innovative mindset, coupled with the ability to adapt designs to varying client preferences and project requirements.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to address design challenges and constraints.
- A passion for staying updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
- Experience working with various design styles, from contemporary and mínimalistic to traditional and eclectic.
- Flexibility to travel to project sites and vendors' locations as needed.
