**_MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES _**
- Assist in the Funds’ financial reporting process. Perform monthly closing of subsidiaries’ accounts and preparation of group consolidated accounts;
- Liaise with property managers, local and overseas teams and Fund Administrator (if applicable) in relation to finance matters and review monthly property level accounts;
- Liaise with property managers, local and overseas teams and Asset Management Team to prepare the year-end budgets and cashflow forecast;
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports or information requests to investors, banks or other 3rd parties;
- Liaise with banks on transactional matters and account opening for entities under his/her charge;
- Monitoring of the Fund’s debt facilities including ongoing compliance with debt facility covenants, preparing rate fixing notices, preparing and ensuring timely payment of loan interest;
- Verify invoices or contracts and prepare/check payments when required;
- Liaise with property managers, local and overseas teams to review various tax filings in accordance to local or overseas tax requirements. Prepare local tax compliance for entities under his/her charge;
- Liaise with local and overseas team to review statutory audits of subsidiaries and assist in the statutory audit of entities under his/her charge;
- To monitor cashflows, prepare relevant documentation and work closely with Asset Management, Legal and Corporate Secretarial department to prepare capital call notices, distributions, issue and redemption of shares, resolutions to stakeholders, subsidiaries, etc;
- Work closely with Legal and Corporate Secretarial department on corporate secretarial matters such as resolutions, etc.;
- Assist in any ad-hoc projects assigned by immediate supervisor or CFO.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree or diploma in Accountancy, Finance or related
- Must have financial and management accounting as well as consolidation of accounts working experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience. Past experiences with audit firms, private equity funds and real estate industry preferred.
- Proficient in Chinese would be advantageous as to liaise with Chinese counterpart
- Must be able to work under stress and multi-task
- Committed, resourceful, meticulous, firm and independent
- Strong analytical mind
