- Work closely with local counterparts for budget submission and consolidation
- Work with various stakeholders to align on metrics, targets, and business views
- Prepare finance reports and business performance updates to senior management team
- Run scenario planning and forward forecast, build 3/5-year plan baseline
- Perform regular reconciliation exercise across all markets, identify and research the gap between forecast and actual expenses
- Run regional analysis to benchmark performances across each market and provide actionable insights
- Identify the areas for efficiency improvement, cost savings and investments
- Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the business growth
- Develop and maintain effective relationship with various stakeholders - local counterparty and other regional functions across the organisation

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Finance, Business, Accountancy, IT or relevant discipline
- Preferably 1-3 years of working experience in FP&A or BI role
- Having SQL, Python and data analysis experience is a plus
- Good knowledge of accounting and financial principles
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Organised, demonstrates skills in prioritisation & ability to multi-task
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
