Management Trainee

We are looking for **Management Trainee (Cook / Chef) **to join us at our Marketplace Restaurants at:
- 313 Somerset
- VivoCity
- Suntec City
**Responsibilities**:
- Gaining knowledge on Basic Induction Plan and 4-MUST of the Company (Safety & Health Protection, HACCP, Equipment & Utensils, as well as Guest Contact)
- Rotating around food counters, including:
- Rosti
- Pizza & Pasta
- Cold Island such as Salad, Soup & Crepe
- Grill & Rotisserie
- Seafood
- Good interpersonal skills between internal departments and external customers
- Managing sales targets, including setting and monitoring of sales targets
- Up-keeping and maintaining food quality
- Managing inventories of the outlets, ensuring adequate stock level and sizing
- Other ad-hoc duties given by the Food Manager
**Requirements**:
- Guest oriented and service focused
- At least a year of Kitchen Supervisory experience
- Rotating shifts
