**Sounds great - what’s the role in a nutshell?**

**Campaign Optimization**:

- Work with the Digital Marketing Assistant Manager to monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others.

**Website Management & Digital Systems**:

- Collaborate with the design and content team to manage website content by publishing new material and updating existing content.
- Conduct regular testing of our website and online systems to ensure optimal functionality. Identify, document, and report any issues or bugs.
- Assist in the implementation and testing of new website and various systems’ features or updates to enhance user experience.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and ROI.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all marketing spend.
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis.

**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of digital marketing experience with demonstrated strong track record in leading and managing Google Ads and social media advertisement.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
- Good knowledge of Google analytics.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency is a plus.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
- An innovative self-starter and responsible individual who can work independently and at the same time, a team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
