Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Finance, Human Resources, and Administration Departments.
- Creating invoices and accepting payments
- Keep the Fixed Assets list up to date.
- Complete journal vouchers and data entry.
- Close and report on the month's financials. GST returns must be prepared and submitted.
- Prepare audit and bank reconciliation schedules.
- Keep accounting files and records.
- Assist with financial audits.
- Handle human resources and general administrative responsibilities.
- Any additional duties that may be assigned

**Requirements**:

- A level or Diploma in Accounting & Finance/Business Administrative
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting system would be advantageous.
- Able to work independently and as a team to support each other.
- Able to work under tight deadlines
- Working Location: Jurong East
- Working Time: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
