**Duration**: 23-26 January 2025 (12pm-9pm)
**Salary**: $10-$15/hr

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a friendly and proactive **Event Cashier**to manage transactions and promote products at ARTBOX 2025. As the face of our booth, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, providing exceptional customer service, and effectively promoting our products to event attendees.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Transaction Handling**:Process payments accurately using cash or PayNow.
Ensure all transactions are recorded properly for end-of-day reconciliation.
- **Product Promotion**:Develop a strong understanding of the products being sold.
Engage with customers to highlight key features and benefits of the products.
Answer questions and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
- **Customer Engagement**:Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere at the booth.
Address inquiries or concerns professionally and enthusiastically.
- **Booth Maintenance**:Ensure the booth is clean, organized, and visually appealing throughout the event.
Restock products as needed and inform the supervisor of low inventory.
- **Security Awareness**:Monitor the cash box and booth to prevent loss or theft.
Handle cash and customer information securely and confidentially.
- **Event Support**:Assist with booth setup and teardown before and after the event.
Participate in any training or briefing sessions to align with event goals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:Previous cashier, retail, or sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
- **Skills**:Strong math skills for accurate cash handling.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to promote and upsell products.
- **Professionalism**:Friendly, approachable, and able to maintain a positive attitude during busy periods.
Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- **Flexibility**:Willing to work the full duration of the event, including evenings and weekends.
Comfortable working in a bustling event environment.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for long periods and manage physical tasks such as restocking and booth setup.
- Comfortable working in a busy, high-energy event setting.
