**Key Responsibilities**
**Client Management & Administration**
- Perform data management using Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Zoom and Capsule CRM
Communicate with program participants to understand their challenges and get updates on their job placement.
- Co-ordinate and update Calendar Management System
- Assist on ad-hoc duties
**Marketing**
- Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics (e.g. psychology, organizational/career development) in order to develop original content.
- Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company platforms’.
- Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content.
- Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
- Execution of daily marketing operational tasks (i.e. Publishing on Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn)
