**The organization offers you the chance to**:

- Advises, supports and tracks local Compliance teams in their own implementation of policies and procedures, both in substantive content and functional execution.
- Helps deliver local regulatory/policy implementation projects to agreed timelines and deliverables.
- Develops, manages and helps deliver the annual policy plans, ensuring any concerns and issues are escalated appropriately.
- Support Management Information reporting on regional and local policy matters.

**You offer**:

- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a financial institution’s compliance function or regulatory compliance consultancy or financial regulatory agency.
- Excellent writing skills and generally a strong presenter and communicator so as to influence and manage a wide range of stakeholders in multiple countries.
- Good understanding of banking regulatory landscape, Core Compliance areas and wholesale Banking products and services.
- Be meticulous with excellent analytical skills.
- Be an independent self-starter with proven ability to work collaboratively within teams and to deliver on time.
