**Responsibilities**
- Reception duties: Answer calls, greet visitors.
- Inventory management: Order and restock supplies (e.g., stationery, refreshments).
- Maintain staff directory with updated contact information.
- Ensure office cleanliness and organization.
- Coordinate courier services and manage incoming mail.
- Monitor and renew building permits and licenses.
- Oversee maintenance of office equipment and assets.
- Process invoices and expenses in ERP system.
- Collaborate with Office and HR teams on various tasks.
- Handle ad-hoc duties and projects.
- Administer regional HR services (recruitment, onboarding, performance management).
- Ensure compliance with HR and HSE policies.
- Assist with IT requests and server room access.
**Requirements**:
- No experience are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in Admin function will be an added advantage
- GEC “O” level
