DESIGNATION : [Integr8 Fuels Asia] Senior/ Bunker Trader
RESPONSIBILITIES
To act as a trader/broker for the supply of fuel to third parties through the development and maintenance of long-term business relationships with current and potential clients.
**Summary of responsibilities**:
- Conducting market research to identify prospective new customers and winning new business in Japan/ Korea market
- Marketing Integr8 to 3rd party customers
- Bunker sales for a range of third-party customers
- Planning ideal bunkering ports for the voyage the vessel is planning
- Liaising daily with existing 3rd party customers
- Maintaining and improving the Bunker Trading Platform
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ideally 2-3 years’ experience as a bunker trader
- Proven ability to develop business
- Strong sales track record
- Other shipping experience e.g. in operations or chartering would be an advantage
- Ability to speak and write Japanese/ Korean fluently
