**Job Overview**
Field Engineering Team provides post-sales professional services to clients and ensure smooth delivery of technical support within the Service Level Agreement. The scope include on-site corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance and planned maintenance work (patches and firmware upgrade)
**Duties and Responsibilities**
The Responsibilities of the role include:
- Lead/Support Team Lead in team resources and provide guidance to team member.
- Provide technical support for clients according to SLA
- Responsible for level 1 / 2 operation support.
- Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow ups are done in a timely manner
- Provide fault isolation, root cause analysis for technical issues and perform onsite firmware upgrades
- Ensure compliance to policies, processes, standards and documentation requirements for both internal and clients’ organization
- Periodic 24x7 on-call/on-site support
**Requirements**:
Requirements include, but not exhaustive:
- Diploma/degree in electrical/electronic engineering, computer science or related discipline
- 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support function with some hands-on in Firewall, and at least 1 of the following systems:
- IDS/IPS, DLP, WAF, Load Balancers, Proxies or SIEM
- Experience in SI (system integrator) environment is advantages
- Strong communications and written skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
**Preferred Skills /Qualities**
- IT Infrastructure knowledge (Networks, Systems Security, Network Security)
- IT Industry certification - CCNA or equivalent (preferred)
- Eligible for government projects security CAT1 clearance
