Product Product Manager, Vertical Search Safety, TikTok Safety Product **Location**: Singapore Employment Type: Regular Job Code: A68108 **Responsibilities**: About the Team The Safety Product team is at the forefront of building and optimizing content safety systems. With a focus on optimising and advancing content safety, we leverage advanced large language models to enhance review efficiency, risk control, and user trust. Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, we deliver scalable solutions that keep pace with rapid global growth. You will own and drive the safety features and strategies for the new visual search relevant features across the For You, Search, and other business scenarios, ensuring our platform is safe for our global community. You will work closely with policy leaders, program managers, engineers, and data scientists around the world to design comprehensive strategies and plans. Analyze and identify risks, own designing features, working with engineering to build them, testing and rolling out solutions, then continuing to monitor and improve them after they ship, keeping our users safe as new threats and opportunities evolve. What will I be doing? - Your scope includes the safety of Visual Search business across all business scenarios in TikTok - You will define a safety product roadmap, set metrics to measure effectiveness, and drive cross-functional efforts to achieve success. - You will analyze and identify risks and leverage in-app product solutions or back-end processes to effectively address risk and work with the engineering team to implement product solutions. **Qualifications**: Minimum Qualifications - You should have product management experience in Consumer-Facing mobile or web internet industries - You have the ability to identify, analyze and design product solutions; a proven track record of pushing ambitious product changes - You have good cross-functional project management skills, good communication skills; a passion to unite people behind a common goal; ability to work across time zones and locations Preferred Qualifications - You have extensive relevant experience -- in Trust and Safety, integrity, minor safety, fraud detection, or other relevant experience Job Information About TikTok TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video.
