Supervisor, Snr Supervisor - IQC

Responsibilities:

- Lead the IQC team in improvement project and update procedures
- Point of contact for all escalation and work with other cross functional team for resolution
- Prioritization of IQC daily and weekly IQC work plan
- Plan and report IQC team throughput on a weekly and monthly basis
- Weekly review with Logistic team and requestor with followed up actions to free up IQC staging area
- Lead and review with team weekly to ensure Nonconformance reports are documented, uploaded accurately and timely
- Oversee IQC team training plan with certification from internal Master Trainer

Requirements
- Minimum diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a manufacturing or semiconductor company
- Experience in leading a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in 7 quality tools, Excel Macro and Power BI will have added advantage
- Able to interpret 2D drawings and technical documents
- Strong communication and analytical skill
- Positive attitude, team player and resourceful
- Able to multi tasks and work under tight schedule
