**About the team**

The Compliance team’s mission is to allow Triple A to operate and grow in an ecosystem that is in line with international and MAS regulatory standards.

**What you will do**

**Your mission**

Your mission is to prevent illicit fund flows through Triple A, such as money laundering, terrorist financing and funds that violate economic sanctions.

Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for the Financial Crime program implementation and maintenance. This includes Sanctions, Know You Customer and Enhanced Due Diligence, AML investigations/reporting, and Anti Bribery and Corruption.

This is a mission-critical role with the opportunity to design creative risk controls, ensure their proper implementation and see the solutions come to live with every new product or service launch.

**Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain the Enterprise Wide Risk Assessment
- Contribute to the design and deployment of policies, procedures and controls to ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements
- Develop up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the markets, clients, partners and products of the business
- Advise internal stakeholders on Financial Security aspects and collaborate with them to embed requirements in daily operations
- Contribute to training of internal stakeholders and promote Compliance culture
- Partner with Product, Marketing and Technology teams to build tools that support adequately Financial Crime Compliance processes and controls
- Actively participate to the production of Compliance Key Performance/Risks Indicators and regulatory reporting
- Contribute to regulators or audit requests with relevant internal stakeholders
- Remain up-to-date on regulatory changes, landscape, and industry best practices
- Serve as a named AML/CFT Compliance Officer with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and any other applicable regulator(s) in Singapore

**Who you are**

**Minimum requirements**
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in law, compliance business or a related field
- Minimum +6 years of experience in an AML/CFT role in a Financial Institution
- Experience with Singapore and International financial crimes-related regulations and comfort in translating into operational policies and systems-based solutions
- Comfort juggling numerous aspects of an AML/CFT compliance program
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with internal Business or Technology stakeholders

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Payments, Fintech/RegTech, E-commerce or Crypto experience
- Familiar with blockchain tools (e.g. Elliptic, Scorechain)
- ACAMS or ICA certification
