**The role**

**Finance Manager**
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Oversee the accounting team and ensure adherence to all accounting standards and practices.
- Full spectrum of Group accounting activities including financial processes, forecasting, reporting, reconciliation and settlement.
- Act as the main point of contact for addressing any inquiries and questions related to financial operations.
- Provide ongoing and daily operational support internally to the finance team and other stakeholders.
- Test new functionalities for technology projects such as transaction settlement and financial reporting.
- Ensure that financial operational activities are executed and delivered as per the standards set by the Group.
- Treasury operation including forex and bank openings
- Liaise with auditors, bankers, and local government bureaus as required
- Work with cross-functional teams (i.e. Technical, Business Development and Product) to streamline processes to facilitate solving issues accurately and efficiently
- Manage tax compliance of the Group, including GST and corporate tax filings
- Provide financial analysis and insights to the management team, helping to make informed decisions regarding financial strategies and investments.
- Manage Group business operations, including assessing the impact of all new business initiatives_._
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

**About you**:

- 5-7 years of relevant experience in accounting and operation
- Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent professional certificate
- Good knowledge of local accounting GAAP
- Must be a team player, take full ownership of your work, empathetic and open-minded
- Self-starter - take initiative, dedicated, set and drive toward goals
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment, navigate ambiguity, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and provide clarity and structure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
