The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. **About the Team**:

- The Regional Marketing Solutions team is responsible for online marketing strategy and the growth of solutions across external and internal media channels for brands. The role requires strong knowledge of the digital media, paid-owned-earned media model and performance marketing to drive growth for brands on Shopee.- As a regional client partner, you will play a consulting role to brands for their marketing and media strategies on Shopee, with the goal to help their businesses grow by leveraging Shopee’s full suite of marketing solutions and services. Besides brands, you will also work closely with various regional and local cross functional teams, such as Regional AdOps, Regional Brand Partnerships and Local Marketing Solutions teams.- Act as a marketing consultant to regional brands on Shopee, to help them achieve their business goals
- Be responsible for regional brands’ overall marketing strategy, media planning, campaign performance review on Shopee
- Adopt a data-driven mindset to monitor, optimise the tracking and measurement of brands’ performance and identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with the Regional Brand Partnership team for client pitching and day-to-day support on marketing-related issues
- Facilitate the roll-out and adoption of Shopee’s marketing solutions or new products/features

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing
- 1-5 years’ experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
- Solid knowledge of online marketing channels in SEA, including Facebook, Google and TikTok
- Media agency background or client-facing experience preferred
- Excellent project management skills. Detail-oriented and organised. Be a resourceful and proactive problem-solver
- Good at stakeholder management and able to influence decision-making
- Excellent verbal and written communications and have good PPT and Excel skills
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (optional) to facilitate cross border discussions and collaborations with stakeholders from across the region
