**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform daily inspections of parts and products as assigned by the engineer, ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct minor reworks and repairs, such as rotary grinding or sanding, on non-conforming parts as directed by engineers.
- Carry out the rubbing process to remove anodic coating on three faces of parts, adhering to the drawing specifications and workmanship standards.
- Perform hot and cold processes for bushing insertion on parts, ensuring alignment with drawing specifications and workmanship standards.
- Execute honing processes to achieve precise diameters on parts, in accordance with drawing specifications and workmanship standards.
- Generate non-conformance reports using PowerPoint and promptly report findings to the respective engineers.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up on defects.
- Ensure products and processes comply with relevant standards, regulations, and company quality requirements.

- Minimum Higher Nitec in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands-on QC experience, preferably in a manufacturing or workshop environment.
- Proficient in interpreting mechanical drawings.
- Familiarity with QC tools and equipment, including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and various testing instruments.
- Ability to notice small deviations or defects on parts, with good eyesight being essential.
