As a **WFH Healthcare & Lifesciences Business Development Manager**at Kairos Global Search, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the business. This remote position offers the flexibility to **work from home**while focusing on acquiring new clients across **Healthcare & Lifesciences industry**, nurturing relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in the recruitment industry. Your primary goal will be to generate business opportunities and establish long-term partnerships with Healthcare & Lifesciences clients. You get the opportunity to **Work From Home**and earn based on **profits-sharing**. **There will be training provided**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential Healthcare & Lifesciences clients, building a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
- Must have an interest in recruitment
- Develop and execute effective strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective Healthcare & Lifesciences clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.Meet or exceed business development goals, including revenue targets and client acquisition KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Prior experience within the recruitment or staffing industry is an added advantage.
- Relevant background in **Healthcare & Lifesciences industry**is required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and business development strategies is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
