Mindful Movement is a nurturing, body-positive, and shame-free studio where clients and teachers grow stronger inside and out. Through Pilates, Aerial, and Gyrotonic, we empower people to move better, build confidence, and experience long-term health.

We are now offering a **Subsidized Education Program** for our **Reformer Teacher Training Course (November 2025 intake)** — a unique opportunity for aspiring instructors to receive **full or partial scholarships** in exchange for a teaching and time commitment at the studio.

**Course Details: Reformer Teacher Training (November 2025)**

**Dates**:

- 6/7/8 November 2025 (10am - 6pm)
- 20/21/22 November 2025 (10am - 6pm)

- Anatomy and Pain Management
- Postural & Movement Assessment Tools
- Developing the “Eye” for Alignment & Awareness
- Progressive Movement & Client Education
- Teaching Empathy, Kindness, and Client-Centered Approaches
- Hands-On Adjustments
- Group Class Management
- Self-Care for Teachers

**What’s Included**:

- 40 hours of in-person training
- 10 complimentary Reformer group classes
- 1 private group 3:1 intensive with batchmates
- Online Anatomy modules and quizzes
- 10 hours of observation sessions

**Course Investment**:

- Full Course: SGD $3,400
- Early Bird: SGD $2,499

**Scholarship Structure (Subsidized Education Program)**
- **Full Scholarship**: Commit to **4 consistent blocks per week** (8am-1pm or 3pm-8pm) for one year
- **Partial Scholarship**: Commit to **2 consistent blocks per week** for one year
- **Tuition Deposit**: 75% of tuition is required upfront. This will be **reimbursed monthly on a pro-rated basis**, on top of pay for your work at Mindful
- **Additional Costs**: Required textbooks or supplemental reading are **not included**

**Your Role as a Scholar**
- Attend and complete the Reformer Teacher Training Program
- Support the studio during your committed time blocks
- Gain teaching experience through supervised practice
- Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive community
- Continue teaching opportunities at Mindful after certification

**Requirements**:

- Passion for movement and teaching
- Commitment to 1-year program (time blocks as outlined)
- Tuition deposit (with reimbursement as outlined)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Openness to feedback and growth

**Selection Process**
- Interview + teaching skills assessment for studio fit
- Final acceptance based on potential, commitment, and alignment with Mindful Movement's values
