Store Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily operational activities of the store, ensuring the prompt and accurate packing of picklists and BOMs
- Manage store inventory, ensuring that items are stored in an easy to access manners (depending on the frequency usage of the items) and comply to safety regulations.
- Practice FIFO for chemicals, ensuring that team members follow
- Conduct and assists on monthly cycle count and manage inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, tidy, well-organized, and compliant with safety and housekeeping standards.
- Supervise and mentor store staff, providing guidance and support for their daily tasks.
- Train new employees on store processes and procedures
- Supervise and participate in the receiving, inspection, and sorting of incoming goods.
- Pick, pack, and label for both incoming and outgoing goods.
- Maintain and service of warehouse tools, equipment, and machinery.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Warehouse/inventory management
- Proficient in MS Office software
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Fast and have a high sense of urgency
- Honest, hardworking, and responsible
- Possess positive work attitude and willing to learn
- Ability to adjust work hours occasionally to accommodate urgent tasks or deadline

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
