**DEPARTMENT**:Design

**REPORTING TO**:Senior Design Consultant

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Obtain client’s requirement and site survey.
- Develop design / detailed drawings.
- Prepare design presentation with the aid of Autocad drafting.
- Prepare colour scheme and material board.
- Source competitive quote / materials / samples.
- Prepare Construction Specification / Design Documentation.
- Update changes and ensure distribution to respective parties.
- Participate in site meeting / site and defect inspection.
- Assist Project Manager in variation orders and closing of accounts.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma / Degree in Interior Design.
- Prefer 2 - 3 years experience in corporate design / commercial and office projects. Those with more experience will be considered for the senior designer post.
- Creative conceptual design ability.
- Strong experience in technical / detailed co-ordination and drawing.
- Competent in Autocad, Photoshop, Powerpoint, Excel and any other design.
- Skilled in space planning / conceptual design /interior detailing.
- Good team player and proactive.
- Good client management skill.
- Ability to present design concepts effectively to clients.
