Time Research is a quantitative trading firm that utilizes a diversified portfolio of systematic and quantitative strategies across financial markets to achieve high quality, uncorrelated returns. **Role Objectives**
- Conduct in-depth research on on-chain data and Dapp protocols
- Design and deploy algorithmic trading strategies using proprietary automated trading infrastructure, calibrate and fine tune the performance on a continuous basis
- Provide reporting on daily market sentiment, risk exposure, and PnL
- Conduct post trade analysis of trading strategies and algo performance

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in preferably Mathematics / Statistics/ Computer Science/ Financial Engineering
- 1- 3 years of algorithmic trading experience
- Solid quantitative and analytical skills, and proficiency in back-testing/simulation
- Good knowledge of blockchain fundamentals and DeFi protocols
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++ or Java
- Ability to work autonomously and/or remotely in a distributed team
- Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability to a dynamic environment
