**Our Client**:
A SG company with a **portfolio of large and complex projects **designed and implemented **within Singapore and globally**. We provide a complete range of professional consultancy services for a wide variety of projects including _offices, commercial, industrial, residential, hotels, institutional and additions & alterations of existing buildings_. Mega projects like Resorts World Sentosa have equipped the team to manage the design process from conceptualisation and construction through to completion.

**Responsibilities**
- Drive the overall execution of projects based on project requirements.
- Review designs, specifications, calculations and other submittals.
- Oversee the project assessment phases.
- Ensure the designs and models developed are in accordance to project requirements.
- Business development role
- Manage a team of engineers and ensures continuous performance improvement.
- To perform the responsibilities of a Qualified Person in accordance with the Building Control Act.
- Required to work both in office and at project sites.

**Requirements**:

- Professional Engineer registered under Professional Engineer Board (PEB) of Singapore **_(Mechanical / Electrical PE)_**:

- Positive attitude & meticulous, has an eye for details
- Good communication & inter-personal skills, team-player
- Fast learner & ability to multi-task & work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words, Powerpoint.

**Salary**

$10,000 - $15,000
