**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**

You will support Transaction Banking to perform end-to-end onboarding process including documentation negotiation and ensure smooth implementation of clients into the Bank’s Electronic Banking platform. You will manage customer service by telephone and electronic channels while ensuring bank’s products and services are successfully promoted. You should understand the system logic, business workflows, and requirements of customers. You will also support post-implementation tasks such as production problem investigation, escalation and resolution.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business, IT or related disciplines.
- Prior experience with client fulfillment design and/or similar responsibilities, preferably in Financial/Insurance Institutions.
- Meticulous and sensitive to details.
- Good communication skills and able to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-driven and analytical learner.
- Able to work both independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment.
