- Propose ideas for productivity enhancements and contribute to achieving organizational goals.
- **Communication**:

- Coordinate with colleagues and other departments, such as logistics and procurement, to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to meet company goals.
- **Reporting**:

- Generate necessary reports, track warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with evaluating and reporting on warehouse performance.
- **Versatile Support**:

- Ensure the achievement of KPI targets by consistently completing assigned tasks within specified timeframes.
- Support the team in other warehouse-related tasks as required.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Minimum Diploma in Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
- **Experience**:

- 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Assistant or in a similar role.
- **Licensing**:

- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) (if required).
- Forklift / Reach Truck Operation Certification.
- **Skills**:

- Strong ability to manage inventory and track stock levels.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and providing insights.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to improve processes and overcome challenges.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both interpersonal and professional.
- Team player who works well with others and can collaborate effectively.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to perform tasks accurately.
- **Work Flexibility**:

- Ability to work overtime will be advantage.
