To-Do

The position requires strong mechanical design engineering skills & understanding of materials to design drone and robotic products that are functional, small in size, robust and manufacturable.

Requirements.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- 2-3 years of experience in Mechanical design of UAV &/or Robotic products.
- Experience in fabrication &/or manufacturing tolerances, specifications and processes.
- Software: Extensive experience in Solidworks.
- Equipment: 3D Printers, CNC Machines, Vacuum Formers.
- Extensive experience with materials properties and thermal management.
- Experienced with bonding & sealing techniques for extreme & hazardous environments.
- Experienced with manufacturing methodologies.
- Experienced with test and measurement techniques, calibration and instrumentation.
- Experienced with creating and maintaining products bill of materials.
- Effectively articulates concepts and ideas to both technical and non-technical staff.
- Able to participate in multiple project engagements.
- Takes ownership and responsibility for current and past work products.
- Focuses on teamwork, collaboration and puts the success of the team above one’s own interests.

**Desired Skills**
- Experience in designing and building UAVs
- Holds a valid CAAS UAPL

**Education**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Product Development (EPD) or Mechanical Engineering or any other relevant fields.
