**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Support day-to-day operations and assist senior team members with various projects.
- Conduct research and gather data to help develop strategies and improve business processes.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to facilitate project workflows and ensure timely completion.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Help maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders by responding to inquiries and providing information as needed.
- Participate in training sessions and development programs to enhance professional skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new tools.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
