IT Specialist

Responsibilities
- Navision platform end-user support Change Request for Navision Management Templates for Microsoft Dynamics NAV can be created, customized, and configured. Debug and troubleshoot NAV code issues.
- Maintain process and procedure documentation for IT and end users.
- Changes to Microsoft Dynamics NAV should be made in consultation with the NAV vendor, company business functions, and coworkers.
- IT installations, upgrades, local rebuilds, and maintenance must all be completed and managed according to plan.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of product design and architecture principles of Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
- Knowledge of the IT infrastructure standards and technical environment to set up NAV 2016 server is preferred.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within the team.
