Responsibilities
- Greeting guests as they arrive at the bar and assisting them with finding a table or seat.
- Taking orders from guests for food and beverages, including alcoholic drinks.
- Making recommendations to guests based on their preferences and menu items.
- Preparing and serving drinks to guests, including mixing cocktails and pouring wine and beer.
- Handling cash and credit card transactions and providing accurate change to guests.
- Monitoring guest behavior and enforcing bar policies and procedures, such as age limits and responsible drinking practices.

Requirement
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and cocktails.
- Familiarity with cash handling and credit card transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
