Assisting Chinese Kitchen in preparation of all food items for Wok

cooking.

1. Prep food items like slicing meats, de-skinning of poultry, scaling fish washing vegetables, basically anything that Wok Chef requires to fry up a dish.

2. Assists when required for Cutter, Dim Sum and BBQ areas.

3. Checks meat, poultry and fish are stored properly adopting the first in first out method.

4. Constantly clearing frying working station, keeping it tidy and orderly as frying is in process. Adopts ‘Clean as you go’ work method

5. Exercise punctuality, grooming, attire and upkeeps hygiene standards

6. Follows instructions and be alert during peak periods, observing safety standards.

7. Any other ad-hoc duties that are assigned by the Master Chef.
