As an **Enterprise Risk Specialist, **you'd be able to work on and solve many interesting challenges which we are facing, learn new ways of working, and help build delightful high-quality products for our customers.

To assist the Head of Enterprise Risk Management and Chief Risk Officer to ensure that Enterprise Risk Management Framework and related processes are effectively implemented and managed on a day-to-day bais for the Venture.

**The Role Responsibility**:

- Assist in the enterprise-wide implementation and on-going management of Risk Management Framework and processes.
- Design new Risk Management processes.
- Work with owners of Frameworks, Policies, and Procedures to ensure these remain relevant and fit for purpose.
- Work with the Head of ERM and Risk Framework owners in defining and implementing the Risk Appetite Statements and Metrics for all Principal Risk Types in line with the strategy. Review and revise them on an ongoing basis.
- Manage the process to monitor and report Risk Appetite and other relevant risk indicators.
- Research enterprise risk management industry trends and developments and assess applicability to the Bank.
- Liaise with the risk framework owners to monitor the adherence to agreed Risk Appetite and ensure adequate remediation plans are in place where required.
- Independently managing the secretariat for the Executive Risk Committee and other relevant committees.
- Manage the relevant modules of Governance, Risk and Compliance system.

- 5 years of relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry
- Good understanding of Enterprise Risk Management Framework and Operational Risk Management concepts in Banking/Financial Services
- Good understanding of local regulatory requirements for Risk Management
- Experience in system implementation and management
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders and drive decisions.
- Self-starter, motivated.
- Strong Communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.
