**Principal Onboarding Manager - AVP**

**Singapore**

As a Barclays Principal Onboarding Manager - AVP, you will be responsible for performing processes in order to Onboard clients and accounts to trade with Barclays. This includes performing Onboarding, KYC, Regulatory, and other required processes to support the end-to-end Onboarding process. You will provide day-to-day services for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating onboarding requests for new Markets entities and new products as principal, ensuring requests are fully completed in our onboarding systems and are ready to trade.

**What will you be doing?**
- Acting as a single point of contact for client onboarding
- Using strong evaluative judgement based on the analysis of factual and qualitative information to manage various processes during the end to end (E2E) Onboarding process
- Understanding of underlying business principles and the impact of regulatory requirements for multiple milestone teams (KYC, Regulatory, Credit Risk, Legal, Tax, Ops)
- Providing ongoing training and support to colleagues, ensuring that essential procedures are followed and complex problems resolved
- Coordinating the most sensitive or complex Clients, acting as primary contact for internal/external stakeholders
- Utilizing internal systems for workflow management and data storage
- Reviewing control reports, investigating and resolving breaks
- Performing quality checking on sample of requests processed

**What we’re looking for**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or four years’ equivalent work experience in the Onboarding, KYC, Regulatory area
- Work or internship experience in Financial Services or client facing/client service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage heavy volumes of work and prioritize accordingly

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Knowledge in AML/KYC, Product, Regulatory, Credit, Legal, Ops and Tech Infrastructure, enabling the ability to challenge inefficiencies along the ETE journey
- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented, with Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Excel)
- Energetic “Can Do” Attitude who must act on own initiative - Proactive and positive attitude and desire to make a difference
- Desire to work in a team environment and collaborate with global team in order to complete goals
