About Trust & Safety

As a Capacity Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for planning the workforce within operations, aiming to achieve the business goals of the company, product and organisation levels.

What will I be doing?
- Responsible for resource planning for multiple teams/business areas including business needs analysis to predict and prepare for workload increases or fluctuations.
- Lead the evaluation of complex business plans, ensuring strategic alignment and compliance with regulations and ethical standards.
- Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to drive planning decisions and strategy formulation.
- Work closely with HR, Budget & Workforce teams, and other stakeholders to develop integrated business strategies and planning initiatives.
- Working with both platform Product Managers and development teams in the design of capacity monitoring and reporting tools
- Mentor and guide Planning Analysts and other junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
- Oversee the implementation of plans, ensuring adherence to objectives and timelines.
- Identify and implement innovative planning approaches to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall effectiveness.

What should I bring with me?

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Management, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in an analytical role, including business/financial/data analysis, market/industry research, etc.
- Proven experience in large-scale capacity planning/resource allocation.
- Proven experience in cross functional stakeholder collaboration.
- Proven senior stakeholder management along with the ability to influence and drive decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.

Perferred Qualifications
- Past experience in a BPO / Social Media / Call center environment is an advantage.
- Proven mentorship/team management experience is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in SQL or other data analysis tools.
