The Nurse Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of all nursing activities in the assigned Dialysis Centre(s).

You will be responsible in upholding professional standards for the nursing team such as to lead, supervise and coach the team(s) on clinical processes, maintaining service quality in the dialysis centres, in addition to regular clinical duties such as delivery of all dialysis related-nursing services.

You will assist the Senior Nurse Manager with the professional development and monitoring of the clinical staff, conduct performance appraisals, participate in clinical audits and optimise the use of resources in collaboration with the operations team.

In addition, you will resolve patient experience matters and provide service recovery when indicated. You will collaborate with acute and community partners to facilitate seamless continuity of care for patients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Nursing oreferably with post-graduate qualifications
- **At least 6 years of working experience in the renal field (dialysis) **is required for this position, _with minimum 2 years’ experience as a clinic-in-charge _
- Current/valid practising licence with the Singapore Nursing Board
- Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to lead by example and effectively manage a team to perform to its full potential
