Group Accountant

**Job Responsibilities: -**
- Responsible for timely and accurate preparation of monthly and annual Group Consolidation reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Support Group Finance in group cashflow management, budgeting, and forecasting, internal control, tax and audit matters.
- Handle statutory audit, liaise with auditors to complete the annual audit and coordinating audits for subsidiaries, ensure compliance to timeline and accounting standards.
- Preparation of monthly consolidation package and annual financial reports for ultimate holding company.
- Assist Head of Corporate Accounting in timely preparation of consolidated monthly reports.
- Perform intercompany transaction eliminations and ensure that differences are reconciled and resolved.
- Preparation of notes to accounts and audit schedules.
- Centrally maintenance of GCOA.
- Assist in drafting of Group Accounting Policies.
- Any ad-hoc tasks as and when requested by superior.
**Job Requirements: -**
- Preferable Degree in Accountancy / ACCA / CPA / CA or other professional accounting qualification(s).
- Experienced in consolidation of group account.
- Proficient in MS Office with strong Excel skills.
- Ability to collaborate with multi-departments & multi overseas subsidiaries.
- Preferable with 3 - 5 years of relevant experiences, specifically in Group consolidations.
- Strong technical competency in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Able to work independently and as a team.
