We are looking for a dynamic and creative Brand Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our brand messaging aligns with our business goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement brand marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products/services.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer needs and trends, informing brand positioning.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging marketing materials.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage social media channels and create content to engage and grow our audience.
- Coordinate events and promotions to enhance brand visibility and customer interaction.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand awareness and customer engagement, regularly analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and making recommendations for improvement.
- Develop comprehensive presentations and detailed reports for senior management, summarizing marketing performance, campaign results, and strategic recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Local diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience is a bonus, fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong understanding of brand management principles and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with strong project management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From $2,900.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
