- SuperPark in Suntec City Mall**
**- Pororo Park Singapore in Marina Square**
**- Tayo Station in Downtown East**
**- Petite Tayo KidsClub in Kallang Wave Mall
**Responsibilities**:

- Takes a proactive role in maintaining DreamUs indoor play parks' guest service standards.
- Keep safety as the priority focus while hosting/engaging our guests in a variety of activities, programs and/or learning journeys.
- Be proactive with guests to answer questions and be flexible in resolving guest situations via face-to-face, mobile, or other digital communication channels.
- Complete housekeeping assignments including and not limited to general cleanliness of crew and guest areas, safety checks on all equipment and facilities per the SOP and upkeeping of the overall play park ambience.
- Work with the Branch Manager to optimize resources deployment, set priorities and manage time effectively and efficiently.

All other ad-hoc duties assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Flexible to work on shift patterns (weekends and public holidays inclusive)
- Pleasant, courteous and outgoing personality
- Strong communication skills
- Able to multitask, meticulous and a problem solver.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficient in other languages will be an added advantage
