As the Service Ambassador, you will be the face of the company and the primary point of contact with customers. We will require you to be highly self-motivated, possess great interpersonal skills and go the extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Greet and engage with travellers in a friendly and professional manner. Address general enquiries and provide information about available products and services
- Offer a personalized shopping experience by understanding customers' preference and tailoring product recommendations accordingly
- Provide recommendations on store products
- Build strong, lasting relationships with travellers through active engagement
- Proactive to utilize upselling techniques to achieve sales target
- Be familiar with relevant regulations on duty-free allowances and age restrictions
- Resolve travellers’ concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
- Handle cashiering transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor and maintain healthy inventory levels
- Housekeeping and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines provided by the management
- Any other duties assigned by the Supervisors or Managers in charge.
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with travellers effectively
- A positive and customer-focused attitude to create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping environment
- Multilingual skills will be an added advantage to assist international travellers
- Able to commit to rotating shift hours, including public holidays and weekends
- Some level of knowledge, skill and familiarity with technology preferred
