**Job Description**:

- Able to independently carry out the complete lift installation process.
- Capable of guiding and leading team members to complete lift installation tasks.
- Responsible for leading and managing the installation team to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of projects.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company procedures by all workers.
- Regularly inspect worksites to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards.
- Supervise and evaluate staff performance, including conducting performance reviews and maintaining accurate attendance and timesheet records.Provide positive leadership to drive high performance, and take appropriate disciplinary actions when required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum ITE Certificate / Diploma in Engineering, Construction, BCSS, or equivalent.
- At least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in lift installation.
- Willing to work overtime when necessary.
- Must be contactable via mobile phone 24/7, including weekends and public holidays, during the period of engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and handle ad-hoc projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, responsible, well-organized, and able to work under pressure.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred, as the role requires communication with both English and Chinese-speaking clients.
